Dr. Robbie N. Sharp, Licencsed Psychologist, is experienced in assessing and treating children, adolescents and adults from a developmental perspective. She is well known for her work in attention disorders and depression and with the gifted and talented population. She has worked with crisis and trauma victims with several Houston area school systems. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Health Professions and the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine. She is active in community prevention research, school mental health, and advocacy in children’s mental health issues. She is currently chairing the Mental Health Needs Council of Harris County. Robbie is past-president of the Houston and Texas Psychological Associations and of the Texas Psychological Foundation. She has served on the Professional Advisory Board of the Attention Deficit Disorder Association – Southern Region since it’s inception.
